The tool converts your exam date and today's date to whole calendar days using UTC internally (so daylight-saving-time changes never cause an off-by-one day), then takes the difference. The result is shown as total days, plus a weeks-and-days breakdown.

CXC's exam timetable is published separately each year and varies by subject, paper, and territory. Rather than hardcode dates that would go stale (or require constant manual updates), this tool always uses the date you enter — check your own exam date against CXC's official timetable or your school before relying on it.

The short note shown (for example, suggesting a focus on weaker subjects inside two weeks) is a generic, general-purpose planning hint based only on how many days are left. It is not personalized study advice and does not account for your specific subjects, strengths, or school's guidance.

Does this show the official CXC exam date for my subject?

No. You enter your own exam date. CXC publishes the official timetable separately each year — check that or your school for your exact date.

What happens if I enter a date that already passed?

The tool shows how many days have gone by since that date instead of days remaining.

Can I track more than one exam?

Yes, just change the date and exam name to check a different exam — the tool does not save previous entries, so re-enter each one when you want to check it.

Is this an official CXC tool?

No. Tooleem is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by the Caribbean Examinations Council (CXC).

Is my data saved?
