Terms of Use

Free tools, free to use, at your own risk. In short: enjoy them, but don’t rely on a result as professional advice, and don’t misuse the service.

The service

Tooleem provides free digital tools for personal and business use. We may add, change, or remove tools from time to time. The tools are offered for your convenience and for general informational purposes.

No professional advice

The tools and their results do not constitute professional advice — legal, financial, tax, accounting, medical, or otherwise. Do not rely on a tool’s output as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

Your responsibility

You use the tools at your own risk. You are responsible for the files, text, and content you process, for confirming that you are allowed to process them, and for checking any result before you rely on it.

No warranty

The tools are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We try to keep them accurate and reliable, but we do not guarantee that they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at any particular time.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, to infringe the rights of others, or to attempt to disrupt the service or the privacy or security of other users.

Intellectual property

The Tooleem name, brand, design, and site content belong to Tooleem. The files and content you process with the tools remain yours; we claim no ownership of them.

Third-party and affiliate links

We may link to external tools or products, and some links may be affiliate links for which we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We are not responsible for third-party sites or their content.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Tooleem is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the tools or any result they produce.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the tools after an update means you accept the current terms.
