Privacy Policy

In short: tools that run in your browser process your files locally on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers or stored by us.

Tools that run in your browser

Many Tooleem tools run entirely in your browser (client-side). For those tools, the files, images, and text you provide are processed locally on your device and are not uploaded to our servers. When a tool needs external processing, we say so clearly on that tool’s page.

No account required

You do not need to register or sign in to use the tools, and we do not ask for personal details just to use them.

When you contact us

If you send us a message — for example, to request a tool or report a bug — your submission may include your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use this only to read and reply, and it reaches us by email through our email provider. We do not store these messages in a database for marketing.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage and improve the service: Google Analytics and Plausible. These report traffic patterns in aggregate and are not used to build advertising profiles of you. Analytics providers may set their own cookies or identifiers as described in their policies.

Cookies and local storage

We keep cookies and similar browser storage to a minimum. We may store small preferences, such as your light/dark theme choice, on your device.

External and affiliate links

We may recommend external tools or products, and some links may be affiliate links now or in the future. If you buy through such a link, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of external sites — please review their policies.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. Please avoid uploading or sharing sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the task you are performing.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as the service evolves. Continued use of the tools after an update means you accept the current policy.
