Lorem Ipsum is scrambled, partially altered Latin text that has been used as placeholder copy in publishing and design since the 1500s. Because it resembles normal prose in word length and rhythm without being readable as actual Latin (or any modern language), it lets a design be evaluated on its visual layout without a viewer being distracted by reading the placeholder content.

Text is assembled from a fixed pool of classic Lorem Ipsum words, combined into sentences and paragraphs of varying length for a natural, non-repetitive look. By default, the output starts with the traditional opening ("Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit.") since that is the most widely recognized placeholder-text convention — this can be turned off if you want fully randomized text throughout.
