Each line item needs both hours and a rate to count — a row missing either is simply skipped, so an in-progress line never breaks the total. The amount for each line is hours multiplied by rate, and the invoice total is the sum of every valid line.

The invoice is built entirely in your browser. Names, session details, and rates are never sent to a server or saved. Refreshing the page resets the invoice. Analytics only receive a generic outcome (e.g. "was used"), never the content.

What if a line is missing hours or a rate?

A line item without both an hours value and a rate is simply left out of the total, so you can add a session in progress without it breaking the invoice.

Can I use this for a single one-off session?

Yes. Delete the extra line items down to one, fill in the session details, and the invoice works the same way.
