Tips for a better result
- Not every file has detailsFields like title and author exist only if they were set in the file. If they are missing, they simply are not shown.

What the tool does
The tool loads the PDF with the pdf-lib library, which runs in the browser, and reads basic information from it: the page count, and document details if they were set (title, author, creation date). The file name and size come from the file itself. The tool does not extract text, does not run OCR, and does not send anything to a server.
It reads basic info only
This is a read-only inspector for page count and document metadata. It does not open, render, or extract the page content. For turning pages into images use PDF to JPG, and to change the document use the split, delete, merge, or rotate tools.
Privacy
The entire check happens on your device only. The file is not sent to a server, nothing is stored on our side, and no sign-up is required.
